Will you join us on this journey?

What will you do?
As the Business Applications and Salesforce Admin at Glassbox, you will play a critical role in ensuring our Salesforce platform and integrated applications support the business. You will:
  • Work closely with RevOps leadership to align systems with strategic objectives.
  • Manage day-to-day Salesforce requests from different stakeholders.
  • Implement and manage automation and integrations to improve team productivity.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to maintain Salesforce reliability.
  • Act as the go-to expert for Salesforce and associated tools, providing training and support to users.
  • Stay up-to-date on Salesforce releases and industry trends to recommend best practices.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance system performance and usability.
What you will need?
  • Salesforce Admin (ADM-201) or Salesforce Advanced Admin (ADM-211) certifications.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a global Hi-Tech company.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and handle and prioritize simultaneous requests.
  • Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, with the ability to build custom objects, formula fields, flows, layouts, permissions, validations, alerts, and other content of intermediate complexity.

Advantage

  • Familiarity with Gong, ZoomInfo, LeanData, Dealhub and other known SaaS Business Applications.
  • Basic Coding Knowledge (Apex or SOQL for customizations or troubleshooting beyond admin duties).
  • Marketo Certification
  • Familiarity with AppExchange Apps
