What You Will Do:
  • Retention and Growth: Foster and expand customer relationships with a multi-threaded approach.
  • Deliver Value: Drive measurable outcomes and impactful results across key Lines of Business (LOBs), presenting insights at the executive level.
  • Prospecting: Identify and engage new LOBs, key contacts, additional use cases, and opportunities for revenue expansion.
    • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize customer data, analytics, and market intelligence to identify potential high-value LOBs and stakeholders who would benefit most from Glassbox solutions.
    • Map Decision Makers: Develop comprehensive account maps to understand key influencers, decision-makers, and their priorities across the organization.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams such as Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to identify gaps in current use cases and craft compelling narratives for new opportunities.
    • Tailored Messaging: Develop customized outreach strategies that align Glassbox's capabilities with the specific challenges and goals of prospective LOBs.
    • Value First Engagement: Lead with value by showcasing how Glassbox can solve business critical problems, improve KPIs, and support strategic initiatives.
    • Pipeline Building: Establish a robust prospecting pipeline by leveraging industry events, networking, and existing customer advocates to identify and engage untapped opportunities.
What You Will Need:
  • 5+ years Enterprise  SaaS Sales experience
  • Both Account Management (retention) and Sales (expansion) experience with proven track record and retaining and growing a customer portfolio that includes seven figure transactions.
  • Analytics or some kind of data analysis/intelligence experience.
  • BFSI industry experience a very big plus
