What will you do?
  • Partner Success & Growth

    • Ensure partners are fully enabled to support their customers, drive renewals, and expand customer accounts.
    • Work closely with partners to develop success plans that maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Support partners in delivering the best services and technical support to their clients.
    • Build strong relationships with partner leadership and account teams to drive long-term success.

    Sales & Revenue Growth

    • Help partners identify expansion opportunities within their customer base.
    • Assist partners in navigating renewal processes, ensuring smooth contract extensions and upsells.
    • Develop strategies with partners to drive joint revenue growth.
    • Track and monitor partner-driven sales pipelines, ensuring opportunities convert successfully.

    Partner Enablement & Support

    • Help deliver onboarding programs for value-added resellers, system integrators, agencies, and technology partners.
    • Provide ongoing enablement, ensuring partners have the knowledge, tools, and certifications to succeed.
    • Regularly engage with partners to review performance, provide insights, and offer strategic guidance.
    • Conduct business reviews to align on performance metrics and growth objectives.

    Go-To-Market Strategy & Execution

    • Develop and execute regional partner enablement plans tailored to different territories.
    • Align with Glassbox marketing to launch joint campaigns and co-marketing initiatives.
    • Ensure effective tracking and reporting on partner-driven deals, renewals, and expansions.

    Collaboration & Communication

    • Act as the primary point of contact between partners and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication.
    • Provide feedback to Glassbox product and marketing teams to enhance partner enablement and support.
    • Organize regular check-ins, training sessions, and strategic planning meetings with partners.
What will you need?
  • 6+ years of experience in partner account management, channel sales, or business development in a SaaS B2B environment.
  • Strong experience working with value-added resellers (VARs), system integrators (SIs), agencies, or technology partners.
  • Proven ability to manage partner-led customer renewals and expansions, ensuring client success.
  • Background in Customer Experience, Contact Center, MarTech, AdTech, Analytics, Security, or Privacy industries preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to build long-term partner relationships and influence revenue growth.
  • Experience developing partner enablement programs and supporting partners in delivering services.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to engage partners and attend industry events.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Crossbeam and PRMs.
  • Optional - Can speak Spanish or Portuguese.
